The digital printing division at Azan Textiles is a state of the art facility which is equipped with up to date printing machines. The machines have high resolution print heads and use the finest dyes and inks. At Baraka textiles, digital printing is possible on a variety of cotton, polyester, and polyester-cotton based fabrics. We also do rotary printing/digital reactive printing, paper printing and sublimation-heat transfer printing for polyester based fabrics. Our services are well suited to print bulk quantities for designer brands, fashion retailers, fabric importers, sports brands, garment manufacturers and textile buying houses.
Sublimation Printing
Sublimation printing is a unique modern day printing process. Sublimation ready papers are carefully printed with a customised graphic design which is then transferred to a polyester fabric via heat press. Our digital printing facility in Karachi is equipped with cutting edge printing technology paired with a highly skilled staff.
Digital Reactive Printing
Digital reactive printing technology enables us to print a variety of cotton and poly-cotton fabrics with a fast turnaround time. Azan textiles provides reactive printing solutions in Pakistan to its clients locally and overseas. Digital reactive printing Is carried out using superior quality reactive dyes, which are then printed onto fabrics which have already been pre-treated. The fabric is then steamed and washed giving it a finished look. Because of its wash/rub fastness, vibrancy and color yield, reactive printing has become very popular for fashion fabrics.
